It is electrically and physically perfectly compatible with the internal wiring of all Dibeksan bottom-mounted motorized doner kebab ovens.

Bidirectional Rotation

It integrates with a 1/0/2 motor position switch, offering safe left and right turning with reverse/forward current.

220V Stable Power

It safely and reliably transmits 220V of power from the main power source to the lower motor, thus maintaining motor performance.

Uninterrupted Transmission and High Control.

The uninterrupted operation of the lower rotation system, which forms the heart of industrial doner kebab ovens, depends on accurate and safe energy transmission. YM-481 engine main cable assemblySpecifically developed for Dibeksan bottom-mounted motorized rotary kebab ovens, this is a critical installation component that draws the 220V power required by the motor from the main line and delivers it to the system. Considering the high temperatures, humidity, and intense working conditions of professional kitchens, it is equipped with insulation materials that comply with standards to protect against electrical leakage and overheating risks.

This equipment has an operational function beyond simply carrying electricity. It is located on the döner kebab grill and controls the movement of the motor. 1/0/2 position switch (breaker) It operates with direct integration. Depending on the command given by the user via the switch, the cable group transmits either direct or reverse current to the motor, causing the kebab skewer to rotate to the right or left. Being able to move the meat in the desired direction during cutting directly affects cooking homogeneity and the speed of the chef.
