DMVG 110-AV Type Mobile Doner Kebab OvenIt is designed to meet the demanding needs of ready-made doner kebab production facilities, large hotels, and high-capacity restaurants in a single unit. The most significant innovation of the device is... V-Design Its architecture maximizes the environmental heating balance of meat chunks weighing as much as 150 kg by positioning 10 heating radiators at a specific angle. The integrated wheeled cart system ensures seamless in-kitchen logistics and transitions between different production lines (partially cooked, fully cooked) of heavy meat chunks. Thanks to its bottom-mounted motor-stabilized architecture, it exhibits smooth and quiet rotation performance even under enormous loads. Stainless steel trays and leg systems can be fully customized according to project-specific requirements.

The movable stainless steel body structure (Slide System), which maximizes operational efficiency, ensures standard cooking quality at every layer by controlling the distance of the meat from the radiant heat sources with millimeter precision. Manufactured from AISI 304 grade stainless steel, fully compliant with food regulations, the system easily meets the strict hygiene standards of industrial facilities. The flame control device (safety valve), which activates within seconds in case of possible flame extinction, ensures complete safety in the working environment by cutting off the gas flow. The motor has bidirectional rotation capability, an optional additional oil strainer tray, and a convertible structure for NG/Propane. CE certified. With its hardware, the device is the most durable production equipment for heavy industrial kitchens.
