DS-254 Manual Knife Sharpening MachineThis is a professional maintenance equipment designed to keep the cutting performance of electric doner kebab cutting machines at their original level. Developed to be fully compatible with Dibeksan Jet 100 series (100mm) cutting machines, this product offers practical and extremely safe operation. Thanks to the special M4 fixing screw on the device, the electric cutting machine is perfectly integrated into the sharpening stand. This stabilization feature prevents the machine from vibrating during the sharpening process, preventing the blade angle from being distorted and raising occupational safety standards to the highest level.

The sharpening operation is based on a highly efficient two-stage mechanism performed manually by the user. In the first stage, the döner kebab blade, dulled by heavy use, is sharpened to the ideal cutting angle. Immediately following, in the second stage, micro-metal residues (burrs) formed on the blade edge as a result of the sharpening process are precisely cleaned, resulting in a smooth, snag-free, and ready-to-use cutting surface. The entire system is resistant to heavy industrial conditions. Made of AISI 430 grade stainless steel. The manufactured body structure exhibits excellent corrosion resistance to water and moisture.
