DS-117 Doner Kebab Wrapping and Transport CartThis is a multi-functional preparation equipment developed for industrial meat processing plants and high-capacity doner kebab businesses. It simplifies the processes of wrapping heavy doner kebab blocks and subsequently transporting them to cooking or storage areas to the point where a single person can handle it. Its compact structure (800x800x700 mm) and highly maneuverable braked wheels provide excellent mobility during transport and create a safe, stable workbench environment by completely securing the device during the doner kebab wrapping process. The product is designed to work in full compatibility with doner kebab lifting systems; thus, it offers a significant operational advantage to businesses that want to establish an integrated production line.

One of the most innovative features of this model is a special drawer system that directly transfers the liquids and blood produced during the preparation of döner kebab meat to a lower compartment. This liquid drainage drawer prevents floor contamination, maximizing hygiene standards in kitchens.
