DA-82 DMVG Type Lower Engine SetThis is a high-standard component developed to provide complete mechanical compatibility with all bottom-mounted motor DMVG series models from the Dibeksan brand. Supported by high-temperature resistant materials suitable for environments with intense thermal stress, this motor unit features a robust stator structure adaptable to AC 220V and 110V voltage infrastructures (240V tolerant). Supported by a C=0.68µf capacitor, the system produces a speed of 1.3 revolutions per minute (RPM), guaranteeing homogeneous heat exposure to the meat block. Two-way operation (right/left) Its function adds great flexibility to professional cutting operations.

The integration of the spare part into the system requires a precise two-stage assembly procedure, consisting of mechanical and electrical components. The mechanical arrangement hierarchy is completed with the fixing knob at the top, the main rotating kebab tray in the middle, and the DA-82 motor unit at the bottom. Correct placement of the sealing elements during this vertical arrangement is critical to ensuring the motor housing is fully protected against aggressive oil spills that may leak from the upper tray.
