Return Policy
Returning the products sold is possible if the following conditions are met:
Returns must be made within 7 days from the delivery date.
The product, which is requested to be returned or exchanged, must be delivered in its original packaging intact, unused and complete, with all accessories, if any, undamaged.
The product must be in its original packaging intact and in resalable condition.
The return of products that have been opened, used, destroyed, etc., will not be accepted.
In cases where it detects any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, use and other conditions in the product and its packaging, and if the product cannot be returned as it was when it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be returned and the price will not be refunded.
Open and check the packages that you think were damaged during shipment in front of the company representative from whom you received them.
If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a report with the cargo company.
Do not forget that you have accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty after the product is received.
For malfunctions that may occur after the product reaches the customer, authorized services of the manufacturer should be consulted.
After the product is delivered to us with the invoice in accordance with the return conditions and sales contract, your payment amount will be refunded to your credit card account (the product return fee to the credit card is made by your bank between 2-6 weeks) or to your bank transfer-EFT account within 10 working days.

All costs related to the return of products that cannot be returned under the above conditions shall be borne by the BUYER.
Returned products will be sent with Aras Cargo.
